JOIN OUR REAL ESTATE TEAM AS AN OFFICE ADMIN & ASSISTANT TO MANAGING DIRECTOR   

 

Elephant Properties, a leading real estate company located in Al Quoz 1, is seeking a highly organized and knowledgeable Office Admin Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience to support our real estate team and work closely as an Assistant to our Managing Director. If you excel in administrative tasks and are passionate about the Dubai real estate market, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our company.  

 

Job Requirements:  

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Dubai Real Estate Market, with familiarity in listing portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.  
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.  
  • Self-motivated and driven to excel.  
  • Independent, hardworking, and presentable.  
  • Approachable and well-versed in the Dubai market.  
  • HR experience is a plus.  

 

Admin Responsibilities:  

 

  • Proficiency in property CRMs and listing portals, including Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.  
  • Establish and maintain relationships with developers, landlords, real estate brokers, and freelance property consultants to expand our client base.  
  • Utilize office software applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email clients, and other relevant tools.  
  • Assist real estate agents with paperwork and administrative tasks.  
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.  
  • Liaise with clients and other parties involved in real estate transactions.  
  • Handle sensitive information and client data with discretion and confidentiality.  
  • Update and maintain real estate databases and systems.  
  • Undertake additional administrative duties as assigned.  
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.  

 

Assistant Responsibilities:  

 

  • Provide direct administrative support to our Managing Director.  
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.  
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.  
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.  
  • Conduct research and gather information for various projects.  
  • Manage communication and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.  
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.  
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
